Since its inception in 2012, WNLI has been at the forefront of advancing gender diversity on the boards of universities and healthcare systems, known as the “eds and meds.” Originally focusing on the Greater Philadelphia region, WNLI, under the vision of its late founder Dr. Happy Fernandez, has grown to collaborate on national fronts since 2020.
